Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Sneakers
Place the unworn sneakers in their original box and secure them inside a separate shipping mailer or box to prevent damage.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
